Ovations are nice guitars, but make sure you play it before you buy one. I for one am not a big fan of the curved back acoustic guitars that they sell, they just seem to slip off your leg. I've had a takamine classical acoustic for about 7 years and couldnt be happier with it. If something happened to it I'd buy another one in a second.
