I liked the place also, but I am tenatively out because after talking to my roomates they dont think they have enough time to find another person to take over my part of the lease.

If the date gets pushed back to August to move in, I might be back in. But for now i'm out.

The house is amazing and I really want to take advantage of it. It's in my best interest, though, not to do this... it's a shit ton of extra money when I could live at home for free.

Between Lawyers Rd and Fox Mill Rd... I took waples mill to fox mill on the way out there, nice ride

probably the same exact spot... was there a white fence on your right? like your last corner before west ox? not the hard turn to get up to the light, but just before that?

I'm not sure which way you are thinking. I turned onto Vale from West Ox, was headed down towards Fairfax/Vienna area.

It was the turn right before a 90 degree right turn.

At the price you're getting the house at you guys should just sign and get the 4th later. We got beat on two houses that we put applications in on. The first one we had waited a day, the second one we had put in an application on the same day. On our current house we didn't wait.

At the very worst you could find a random roommate if you had to. If its a house you really want just pull the trigger.

yep, don't wait even a day. you'll find a fourth in no time. altough, your location isn't as prime as ours so it may not be gone as quickly as things around here.

The renter lowered the asking price a little bit right before we went to look at it as a group. I think he's having trouble getting a committed party because the location is less than perfect.
