That time of year again, and hoping we get this done early enough that the day will work for everyone. A big thanks to Chris for hosting again this year, right next to Massanutten.
Thinking maybe November 16th as of now. How does that look on the calendars of alum who would be interested in coming? I want students to see our awesome alum network, so the more people who can come the better!
As a reference, the 22nd - 30th of November is JMU's Thanksgiving break, so those days are out. Also, the 9th and 10th of November are a NASA event at Summit.
Absolutely open to any date everyone can agree to. Want to get this discussion started now, and hopefully have a date finalized ASAP.

I'll be doing the same as last year and smoking some pork butts, that seemed to go over pretty well. I'll try to have some more burgers/hotdogs around for the late night drunk munchies this time as well. They disappeared the moment they left the grill last year. All that about covers the "main dish" if someone wants to bring something else (like a turducken) for the folks that don't do pork/BBQ that might be a good idea.

Can't say I really need much of anything other than side dishes and beverages really. Should be plenty of couch and air mattress space for anyone that needs/wants to crash.

That's a good question, what time are we doing things? Cruise beforehand?
FB event says noon, so I'd expect people to arrive then. A bit late to try to throw in a cruise in my opinion.
