FS: Kenwood DNX-572BH Navigation Receiver - Nearly New
#1
I installed this head unit when I got my truck in January, and promptly found a deal on an Alpine with a way bigger screen. So, the Kenwood is up for sale.

Kenwood DNX-572BH
  • Garmin navigation
  • Bluetooth - phone calls and audio streaming
  • HD Radio
  • CD player
  • Backup camera supported (any camera with RCA will work)
  • Dual-zone A/V output for rear-seat video
  • iDatalink Maestro compatible - really cool interface
  • 22W RMS / 50W peak

I had it hooked up using the above-mentioned iDatalink Maestro. You can use a cheaper adapter to interface between the vehicle and the head unit, but the Maestro will give you 100% integration between Sync and the Kenwood unit (so you don't have to run a microphone for phone calls!). It also gives you on-screen access to live tire pressures, any stored OBD-II fault codes, and customizable gauges for live data. Very slick.

Absolutely zero problems with this unit. Screen is bright with no dead pixels or scratches. Bluetooth connects reliably. Navigation is excellent thanks to Garmin. The physical buttons can be set to illuminate in whatever color you like, and yes, you can make them match Ford's "ice blue" button backlighting for consistency.

$600 OBO. A brand-new version of this model retails for $700.

You will receive the head unit, microphone, Kenwood wiring harness, and GPS antenna. I'm 90% sure I have the original box and manuals but will have to check.

Where can I find the "iDatalink Maestro" connector in my Miata and will it show tire pressures?

You need an OBD-II port, good sir.

Can't you just check tire pressures on that thing by craning your neck a bit to see if they're flat?
