If its bouncing around @ 30psi, you have a problem with your motor or your gauge.

look at the 2nd check Quote:observe the needle bounces. You should see 3 in succession without skips, even bounces, in roughly the 30-35psi rangeRex: we were supposed to hold the throttle open
