Censorship on the internet.....

I'm in favor of such a topic.

If all arguments/debates had to have a similar number of debaters on each side of the issue or work towards eventual resolution we'd do a lot less talking 'round these parts.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

Ole Wrote:I disagree. The depth of competition is much greater at SCCA events, but NASA is catching up. This year the schedule sucked and the people responsible have heard and seen the displeasure. Road Racing is all there is on an SCCA Race weekend. We do not share track time HPDE etc and we get more "quality" track time. There is much more down time which is a negative and NASA has an advantage there but I prefer the longer sessions at SCCA vs. NASA.

Each has positives and negatives but neither suck.

personally Id say that they both suck, and the question is which sucks less.

If SCCA could get the race-group politics taken care of and ditch stupid ego-stroking shit like victory laps, then they could easily fit in 2 sprint races a weekend.
The SE region can easily pull that off (sometimes with an enduro too!), even with a 3 hour quiet period on sundays at a lot of tracks.
If they could fix that, then I could deal with the issues that RJ is talking about.

nasa, well we all know the problems with nasa. I was willing to deal with 12 pounds of shit in a 10 pound bag. Now its 20 pounds of shit in a 5 pound bag. And the head restraint rule sealed the deal for me.

Those rules suck. They are unnecessary.

Glad you think so. Rules are rules. Even with the rules in place the moderation is fairly minimal. This is not a moderators vs. posters thing. People who read the forum complained...just because you enjoyed it doesn't make it ok....much like sex with a dead body.

What is the basis for a complaint? Why is someone that does not like reading that retarded discussion even clicking the thread? Maybe the OP has some ground to stand on since his topic is now well off what he wanted to talk about. But who gives a shit. Are they trying to protect me? No thanks. I'm an adult.
