I'f you ever go to sell that car, I will personally give you $5 if you can get top book RETAIL price for it. Let alone the original MSRP.

DROP the price thing jesus. Leave the man alone, his car is ALWAYS cleaner than anybody's car on here was when you had it in the best condition that youve owned it. The car is clean, not rice (albeit the stickers give a little of that vibe) but if you meet him and look at the car, its not rice. And I am the ultimate hater of rice.

Sorry to hear about that jack, looks like it was cleanly taken off, especially the wires, your lucky. Hit up Jeff or me, we will find you a new mirror cheap. Now im off to the beach to enjoy some nice 85 degree weather.

FWIW, swapping the mirrors is easy - I did this on my roomates Stratus last year after someone knocked his off. I think he got one on ebay for $25 or so.

Hah Jeff I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to get retail for it (at its value with the mileage), esp now cause my car's got some uncomfortable things done to it that wouldn't be attractive to a dealer and probably any other buyer. lol . I'd never sell it myself, def would trade for something else. Unless you want to give me top book retail price Jeff?? Smile

not even worried about the bored-out-of-their mind alums... they actually crack me up. And thanks DJ.

But yes, this topic got way off hand and it had nothing to do with price until people were challenging what I said earlier. Then it came down to me having to prove myself. This saga ended today when the mirror was replaced at the dealership. nuff said and I hope someone locks this topic.

Insurance deductible of 50 bucks... the actual cost of the mirror and labor around 300... ridiculous but thats what insurance is for.
