i remember one of the nasa-x's advertising that a few years ago at richmond (that mall, whose name i forget). unfortunately it was i guess petersburg police in a spec miata instead of a cop car

nah it was grey. Owner was a local businessman who is in his 70s. He bought the car brand new and basically stuck it in his garage and drove it once a month or so.
