he didnt get beat to the corner, he came in side by side. The pass wasnt completed and Schu was entitled to real estate on the track. VoteForPedro tried to squeeze him off the track and instead of risking contact schu went off to avoid him

Exactly, they were still racing, both are entitled to track, Mike got pushed off track, which is BS. Had there been room for both cars and Mike just decided to go wide, and cut the corner, they yea, he needs to give the spot up, but there was nowhere for him to go other than off track.
