Bought new shoes for my girls so that I can actually drive them around and have some grip. Decided to follow Pete and run some Fuzions. Even at the rediculous width of some of my tires I still didn't pay more than $120 for one tire. Honda fags may not have input in this thread unless you pay more than $80 for one tire, since one of my tires = 2-3 of yours Got away with:
2-225/50/16
2-245/45/16
2-255/40/17
2-275/40/17
Anybody else been raped for tires lately? Don't boast about your two story stack of wheels, RJ
~$540 for new Yoko AVS/ST tires for the truck. 275/65/R17 all the way around. And that price is mounted/balanced/taxed/etc. My local tire shop (Campbell's Equipment in Palmyra) beat Tirerack's price on their very first try 8)
My two feet.
~300 for some new all-season yokos.
my azenis are about shot, not sure what i'll go with after them... kumho mx, azenis 615, new hankooks, r-comps... not sure.

Yeah they are pretty good on prices, however never let them put wheels on your car. Friend of the family had to new studs(i think thats what they are called) for his 96 impala SS because they torqued them to much and he couldnt even get the lugs of with a big impact.

Hmm.. I had completely the opposite experience. They used a torque wrench @ 85 ft-lbs to put my lugs back on. Maybe because I was watching?

8 tires for 800 bucks isnt to bad though.. my freind just put the fusions on his audi (cause they were cheep and had good reviews) and he is actually really happy with them surprisingly... forget who he said they were made by (firestone BFG?? something like that.

fuzions are made by bridgestone.
I was pretty happy with my bill. I totally expected to spend over 1000 cuz I didn't think that the fuzions would impress me as much. However, the reviews sounded really good and you can't beat the price. We'll see how long it takes me to kill them though :-)
I need new tires after burning the rears at the AutoX today. I'm thinking new wheels too. Suggestion please PM.

Just ordered some Fuzions today for the WRX. $348.40 to get 'em on the car, thanks again to Campbell's And they remembered that I was "the guy with the Lightning" 8)
My two feet.
I hope you like them as much as I do. I haven't had this much wet traction in at least a year, and they seem to be pretty grippy too (much better than the bald MXs on the Supra and all seasons on the 240). This weekend will be the true test
$250 for falken 512s, shipped, mounted and balanced.
hahahhaha
oh, honda, right, sorry.
~$700 on new Rims & Tires for the Subie... better be worth it..
