I'm not talking mustang GT either chad Tongue

i think they call it the "Ford GT" crate motor.

I know for a fact that all the ford powered SCCS stock cars (the road race stock cars that used to be at NASA events that are now SCCA) run the GT crate motor for UBER power.

the GT motor is nothing more than an Aluminum Navigator block w/ a supercharger Wink.

silence! i will live vicariously through others.... for now... until I crumble... I have enough holes in the air, surrounded by steel, into which I pour money right now.

with paying 3500 for the built turbo motor... the rest is going to cost him about 4k without installation into the EK... he is going to end up with 9k into this motor putting down about 350whp (dynopack3k) and reving to about 9.5k

RJ you have that kind of money laying around Tongue

yes, for a factory motor it does. However I know plenty of people w/ 4.6L 4v that are putting down over 600 rwhp  Not that I'm planning on doing that but just saying.

.RJ Wrote:And if getting the miata ready falls through.....

- Install the shocks/springs/camber plates I got on ebay for the BMW
- Bleed brakes and put in new pads

Well this is where I am. At least this list is shorter than the other one.

I'll explain more later, after I severely intoxicate myself this evening. (no i did not break anything you wankers)

Seats are in. Mitch Piper and his crew do *awesome* work. Not cheap, but very good. They got an Evo 2 w/ sliders a full 1.5" lower than the stock seating position (other aftermarket seat mounts retain the stock hight). And further back. So I actually will fit in the car with my helmet on in a comfortable driving position w/o hitting the t-top glass. I now join the list of MM folks who can highly recommend Piper Motorsports to anyone looking to get custom fabrication done. I'll try to have some pictures up later this evening.
