Is it bad my truck sounds like a turbo spooling up?

So basically my truck sounds like a turbo spooling up when I start going. I think it is the fan inside my aftermarket headunit but could this be a sign that the alternator is on its way out?

This.

Also:
1. Pulleys
2. Ground Loop causing your speakers to squeal
3. Alternator going (My 4Runner just lost it's alternator this week after whining with engine speed)
4. Other things. It could literally be anything. Tons of things have bearings on them.
5. Secret Turbo

It's definitely electrical. Turn the radio off and it doesn't happen but then I hear all the other noises of shit breaking that I want to drown out.

I guess some more info. Pretty sure it's the fan on the radio and it's rpm related I believe. Sounds like it's surging but just the fan. Stereo still plays fine. It's a really cheap head unit. Jensen. But I would think voltage shouldn't fluctuate that much to cause that.

I'm sure my system has many other problems at this point. I have constant static and noises that I'm chalking up to mounting all my crossovers in the doors which partially exposed to the elements and I'm sure they're corroded to shit by now.

I've also had minor electrical Gremlins in the past included battery voltage dropping to like 7v years ago in traffic until I turned everything electrical off and was able to keep it from dropping further. But it corrected itself. And then a couple times I turned the key and nothing. No electrical, no crank, nothing. Try a few minutes later and starts fine.

And my aux relay is old and possibly underrated because sometimes, the electrical I added doesn't kick on with key and I have to turn it on and off a few times before all that stuff turns on.
Alternator has 71k miles on it but it's also 17 years old...

Noise doesn't happen when stereo off but yea this truck needs alot of shit to get it back to "good"

Also speaking of ground loops, would it matter if the headunit is using the factory ground and my amps use a chassis ground? Or as long as both amps are grounded to the same spot, would I be good?

Just kidding. It's not the fan. Radio on but amps off so no sound and it doesn't do it. It's probably a ground loop. Not sure why it would pop up all of sudden
