Need Photoshop help

Okay, so I need some photoshop help. Id like to get away from the whole "boring" but clean for my race car, cause...hell, its a race car :lol: To stand out a bit more ive been thinking of color schemes, heck the only reason this is really brought up is because I have to paint the roll cage going in, and originally I Was just going to go white. Buuuuttt some ideas of bringing more attention to the race car is to make some flashy color...

Edit : A Quick Forza Motorsports shot, the roll cage should be that color as well, and I wanted the wheels to be the mirror color but it came out a little dark...

Not with those wheels no, unfortunately. I want the wheels, roll cage and mirrors laguna seca blue I think........

Lee and Apoc, wats so wrong with it for a race car?

That scheme just looks like a street car that's trying too hard. It's a race car, not a rice car. You either gotta do more, or do less... although I'm not sure those wheels are ever gonna work unless you go balls out with graphics.

Edit: I really don't like different-colored mirrors though. It just sticks out and looks weird, even if theres a matching piece somewhere else...

This I like, have the three colors on the fenders in vinyl, wrap the mirrors, and then have the cage and wheels painted to match one of those three colors.

Race kaas are serious buzness. Sorry guys, but I want a bit flashy on this one for reasons myself and for promotional purposes. Everybody does their cage white, and my roll bar right now is white. Who gets attention and who gets photos taken of their car in a race? Its not even typically the winner, its the "coolest/flashiest" car. We all know this.
