We just signed a contract on this place in downtown Charlottesville. Restored farm house, originally built in 1920, now updated and restored. ~4 blocks to the Downtown Mall (where Jess now works), and walking distance to almost everything else of interest to us.

Oh, and off street parking with plenty of room for a garage :twisted:

We're closing in June, and I'm sure a party won't be long after that Smile
