Ha ha seriously man you owe me a project thread!!

+1 on the Cobra man, I love LS1 exhaust notes too, but an uncorked 4V in the Terminators is without a doubt THE best exhaust note that exists. I've considered one of those as a next project car, but I promised myself I'd stay away from blowers so.....

GTO isn't a bad call either, they're just hard as hell to launch if you ever take it to the drag strip. The ATs run faster than the MTs normally. They're cheap as shit too because nobody wants to buy them.

Here's a funny story, told by one of my trainers who witnessed it in person. Our CEO is also partial owner of the Redskins (and a number of other businesses and entities in the DC area, including the Dulles Toll Road). Apparently our trainer was at a football game with him and a bunch of the higher ups in the company. A friend of one of the guys brought another friend to the game, and this other friend was introduced to our CEO.

Well apparently this guy has owned several of the homes we sell, and decided to tell the CEO about all of these bullshit problems he had with them, like drywall nail pops, settlement cracks, etc... stuff that's totally normal with any brand new house. He began talking about how all of the homes he bought were total pieces of shit when our CEO raised his hand for him to be quiet. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a checkbook and says "How much did you pay for all of your homes? I'll cut you a check for them right now." And he was dead serious! The dude just shut the fuck up and went slackjawed.

Now THAT is seriously rich. He's a billionaire, like that guy gives a shit whether your house has nail pops or even if the roof was caving in

no doubt....its a beautiful thing. i'm not a huge fan of the fox chassis but its pretty bulletproof. in all honesty, the 03/4 cobra is one of those cars i'll always see as a "scary" car. so much power, so easily. i probably couldn't handle it.

i love these cars, i actually like the looks and i like that they fit 4 people, have all independent suspension and actually put good milage on the highway. problem is, they weight so freaking much and dealer support is awful. no trunk either.

I don't know what you mean by dealer support, as I haven't heard any horror stories, but again, they don't weigh *that* much.

3627 is for a 2002 A4 Quattro (Auto) sez google
3725 for a GTO.

I mean, it's not like it's a 1977 El Dorado.

relatively speaking it's not heavy, but its still a 2 ton sports coupe when you load it up. and yeah, i know the alternatives in that spectrum aren't any less porky.

by dealer support i meant the quality of any warranty work has been largely reported as pretty bad, which to me says that nobody knows how to work on them. i'm getting alot of this from ls1gto.com, so i'm aware it's biased. still something i keep in the back of my head though.

in the South Park episode with him his kid is named Blanket, but I thought that was just poking fun at him for naming one of them Prince. Apparently he actually thinks it was a good name - wackjob
