Wow you're lucky, I've heard horror stories about people trying to remove the cats from their stock exhaust. IIRC it's not great to be breathing or handling it when you're breaking it up with a crowbar like you have to in some cases.

so its bad that i snorted all the stuff that came out of it? while i didnt wear a mask, it basically just slid right out when i tapped it from the top. very few particulates and small pieces that i wasnt about to kick up into the air.
