Alright its that time of the year again where we need to possibly look at next year's alternatives. We are specifically looking for CAR PEOPLE. We have tons and tons of junk in our apartment, a tire wall, every single closet in the place filled to the brim with car parts and random hoods and tools all around.
If you are not a car person I dont suggest living with us, but why are you on this forum, it is for the reasons listed above that I am not looking for just a friend. The place always smells like car shit and we have oil pans outside laying around. We live in Squire Hill Apartment 1405 M. We need one more roommate, it is me and Goodspeed. Visitors parking is awesome here and the apt is NOT furnished, however I have tons of furniture, the place is furnished except for the replacement roommates room. But I do have an extra nice desk if you would like to use it. Right now its just in the Living room to be used to hold up our beer pong table.
Utilties are not included, I beleive rent is going up next year bbut so are all communities. Squire Hill including utilities is typically cheaper than anything else. Utiltiies this month per roommate are only $65.70, that includes cable and high-speed internet, electric. However water is added onto your rent but it typically is 5-8 dollars per month.
