*sigh* Noob. Jalopnik could have taken the time to format the releases rather than jumbling into one monolith of italicized text.

I think the coupe looks pretty darned good but the sedan leaves me cold (still looks better than the previous model though). Another thing that is kind of odd to me is this silly family sedan horsepower war. Not that there's anything wrong with a 270 hp mass-market family sedan but it seems rather wasteful and unnecessary.

The cool thing is that while the new Accord V6 has significantly more power and torque it has better gas mileage than the old model. Then again if it were not making 270 hp it could have even better fuel economy.

Looks very nice for those that would be in the market for this kind of car [read: nobody here].

Wow - I'm impressed. I like it a lot.
When it comes to Ryan Jenkins, the story ends with me putting him in the wall.

It seems like every Honda model has been doing that for a while. The Civics and Accords got nicer and nicer every year and it kind of fells like the Fit has been introduced to take up the 'cheaper' end where the Civic used to live.

The first thing that came to my mind was that the front looks a bit like a Hyundai! :dunno:

But it does look pretty nice.

While I agree it seems a bit silly, hey, get the 4cyl if you want economy. 190HP, that's pretty darn healthy.

I like everything except the chrome trim, they used in back on the 4th gen which looked ok because it wasn't to much.

But the bling grill in the front needs to be painted.. ew

can you imagine time travelling back to like 1985 and telling people the new accord has a "competitive" 270 horsepower. ha! (never mind people trying to figure out how you time travelled)

well it wasnt hard to make it look better than the current abortion of a vehicle, but Im still not entirely impressed with the looks. Ill have to see it in person, but it looks to me like the camry still looks better

it really does look like a TC, that's crazy.
I don't recall bing particularly offended by the previous model Accord, not nearly as much as by the newest camry. The new Camry may be built well and have all sorts of luxuries, but looks like ass in my opinion. Were I in the market, the Accord definitely gets my vote...

I agree with Dave

also, I do not know how to spell Hyundai. It is impossible. I have to look it up every time.
