here are some cool rare cars not very well known about in the VW world

country golf AWD- G60 powered ( SC 4 cylinder) spare tire holder, brussh guard, mudflaps all stock

those harlequins are weird. I have seen a few before. think they only made 500. I bet most have been painted one color by now. It deff has some cool factor to it.. it a weird way

Holy crap I didn't know that VW actually made cars like that from the factory (the Harlequin). I remember seeing one and thinking, "wtf is wrong with that guy?" :lol:

^^^ Rex has it on the money, it used to not be associated at all with Mercedes. Only in the mid-90s did it start being only mercedes.
