Hey all,
So I figured it was about that time to do a little write up on the "new" toy. It's a 2003 Z06 in EB with just under 80k miles with a laundry list of modifications. I was lucky enough to find the original owner who built the car and since then sold it to two other before I got my hands on it. The car was built and driven in autocross and HPDE at Sebring, then the next owner had it up at NJMP, and finally I acquired it from the owner who was a regular at Watkins Glenn and TMP. Interestingly enough the car did one lap of america a year ago and survived without issue.
The original Mod list from when I purchased the car:
Since then I have revised and fixed a lot of "less than satisfactory" modifications that were done to the car.
Newly Added Modifications:
I'm sure I'm forgetting plenty but that's a decent start. I finally got around to where the car is ready to see some real track time and see what decides to try and break, so I am signed up for march madness at VIR. I already went through a complete autocross season to feel out the car but haven't been able to do any high speed testing. According to the previous owner the car pulls the same at 150 as it does at 70 so we shall see how that goes. I've linked the original build threads from the Sebring owner below if anyone is interested. The motor was built and spec'd by Jeremy Formato from FasterProms and is absolutely bonkers.
