Well I sold my Bronco 2.5 years ago and I really miss DD'ing a truck. However, I do not miss the gas mileage of a Bronco.
So, here is what I'm looking for (to be used as my new daily driver):
Price range is $3,000-$4,000
any year / motor (prefer the 3.0 or 4.0) / transmission - Ranger or B series as long as it meets the following requirements (no exceptions):
extended cab
4x4
current VA inspection
clean title
Not interested in anything that "needs work" or is "almost ready to pass inspection". I have found a few I really like already but they keep getting sold before I even get a shot at them, so any leads are appreciated.
Thanks  :dunno:

Ew step bodies. It's like taking a truck... and taking away the usefulness for no reason.

It is already a small truck with a small bed... It really isn't
that useful to begin with. Not seeing the problem lol

You lose bedspace and good luck finding a toolbox or cap.
If it doesn't bother you, then getting a stepside is a good idea because they're not usually that sought-after. I personally hate them if you couldn't tell.
There's a ranger in charles town wv sitting on the side of the road for sale. It's not extended cab, says on the windows 4 cyl 5 speed, but not sure if 4x4. If you want more details let me know and I will stop the next time I am driving by there

From what I've seen so far almost all, if not all, 4cyl's seem to be 2wd. Especially the very basic ones, 4cyl, regular cab, 5-speed. I'd be very surprised if its 4x4.

I know the color you're talking about. I think I could deal with that. I may have to track it down later this week or this evening. Thanks.

2wd and needs work :vomit:
Thanks for the responses guys. All the leads I've chased down so far have either been sold, over-priced for what they are, or out of my price range. I really need to get another DD ASAP so I'm considering increasing my price range even though I don't want to.
