I'm glad to see they went with a small diesel option. The rest of it isn't overly impressive. You can get Dana axles on jeeps now (it's WHICH Dana that's important), bigger brakes are always good. Black steel wheels are just cheaper and the hood-mounted snorkel isn't overly efficient. For a snorkel to really be good it needs ot be at least halfway up the windshield. Otherwise it makes it too easy for water to splash into it...but the dust storm air filter is sweet.

Yea, I was just pleased to see they offered a diesel option... I can't tell you how many vehicles I have on a "wishlist" that I would swap a 4cyl Cummins into .. FJ, Cherokee, etc..

other than the diesel swap... they arent doing anything too special to these jeeps. and the new JKs... well they should have come in diesel anyway.
