Nice Scotty. I have slotted rotors and Hawk HPS pads I need to put on all around as well.

Rob, definitely try to put those on yourself...it's a rip to get those installed by someone else. any reason why you chose slotted?

Got a great deal through Massive Speed Systems, 409$ for rotors and pads and they happen to be slotted. My friend has the same set up on his 5 door. He is going to help me with that and I definitely look forward to it. Rear SVT brakes are a PITA though.

whats more fun that digging into car parts covered in years of accumulated brake dust and crap? how about digging into car parts covered in the result of an axle boot that went kablooey? cleaning up from that was fun (that stuff gets everywhere). ugh...yet another part i need to look into fixing.

[/img]oh yeah.....so far they feel real good. the pads are still bedding in so it's nothing i can really say 100%....but for just a front brake upgrade i'm happy. that's it for the brakes. i will probably go with more aggressive rear pads someday to balance it out but this is all i need for the type of driving and motorsports that i do.
next up: fuel filter replacement and new plugs. that part won't be quite as cool

short term review: best modification i've made to the car yet.
better modulation, better stopping power, less fade. everything i expected, especially at high cruise (80 or so) speeds, when i need to drop from that to 15 or 20 in a short distance for random herds of traffic. booyah.

haha, best performance usage for the street. Nice 'little' upgrade Dizzler! Those things are HUGE!
