For anyone that cares to know, its a '90+ or so MKIII Supra with MKIV headlights/tails and horrible mock bodykit work (imitating already horrible body kit pieces for the MKIV)

Yes, very much so. It looks like they welded/bondo'd/whatever'd the rear of the targa but left the front secured by the bolts.....
