My old roommate sold his house and is looking for a place to live. However, I'm not sure if he wants to do the group house thing. I do know that his main requirements are garage space for his RC51 and a safe place to park his Mazdaspeed6.

I doubt he'd have to worry about anyone stealing his MS6 because there isn't really a hot car to swap the engine into. As for the RC51, there should be room in the garage for it. I still have to figure out where I'm going to park the trailer.

I just emailed Ed some questions about how to fill out the form. I imagine all three of us just fill it out individually and send them in. I asked about Home Owner's Association and the property owner's too.
I guess we should ask when we can make an offer too.
