Im not even sure how you would get an RB20 IACV....

Again, it might be a parts bin unit.

You are clearly a bit crazier/more motivated than me Tongue I just need a plane ticket, but I'm not canceling my plans for tomorrow.

Thats because the undertray has to come off. DIY.

Celica, camry... all the same really.
Again, I wouldn't DIY anything on that car, but that's just me!

- Mike - 12-08-2008

that looks fun. what kind of power does that kit add?

- REED - 12-09-2008

i think the FMII was around low 200s at the wheels

- Evan - 12-09-2008

you could probably build that car yourself for cheaper than that.

and if you're going to dump a bunch of money into a turbo miata, why not just start out with a 1.8 anyway

- REED - 12-09-2008

so uh mike - where are you hiding the 240?

damn, that is a really good looking car.

the souped up one is still for sale as far as i know. two people drove serious distances last weekend to see it, but neither went away with it... that makes me wonder.

i've offered twice to go look at it. i don't know anything about Z's but i if you have a laundry list i can try to ask the right questions.

ultimately though, you'd still be putting down a few grand on a sight-unseen modified antique car....so i understand where you're at.

Then find out said people's information and find out why. They might have just not had the sack to actually buy it, or it may have had too much power for them. Not saying to drive down and buy, but you gotta at least try to find out why nobody's buying :-)
