i'm very much enjoying the mandelorian.

i love a lot of the callbacks/fan service to some iconic stuff but its not overbearing...just feels organic to that universe. i find the black market/underworld/mercenary stuff of the star wars universe 1000x more interesting than the rebels and the jedi.

Just finished altered carbon. It was decent if you liked blade runner and the matrix. They definitely have some jump the shark moments and convenient writing which would annoy me more if the story wasn't decent.

Couple episodes into season 2 - i read the books and am a little disappointed, the story in the books is much better for season 2.

This series was made for OLED/HDR TV's though.

my only issue with The Mandelorian was the few episodes and how short they were. GIVE ME MOAR.

wife and i just started this series. i was hesitant since i liked Breaking Bad and i didn't think a spinoff on just Saul would be worth watching, but i'm really liking it so far. The character development is fantastic. We're entering season 2 right now.
