Don't need to but wouldn't it be easier to paint them while they are off. They are all coming off so I can rebuild them anyways so it will be easier to clean and paint them while they are off.

If you're taking them off anyway then yeah it will make it easy. I didn't remove the calipers whenever I painted them though and they turned out good.
