Wish I had RWD..... I like the SilverStars on my car (plus my ghetto fabulous aiming job that is great for me but not so good for other drivers.) I've had no problems with durability either.

I've actually owned 2 LT1's. I had a 97 SS camaro first and later got a 96 Z28, both black, both 6-speeds.

Haha, yea it is big but hey like i said i had a 86 conti before that so it wasnt a big change and it handles very well, and I plan to upgrade both sway bars and make feel even lighter in the future too, that and the fact that many a cars i get next to at lights are actually sitting higher than my car so i also love the lower center of gravity unlike my old conti

but Roanoke isnt too bad from here and my gf has grandparents there so thats a possibility.
Especially when kit from flowmaster is h-pipe and only 2.25" but we'll see

I just bought a 2006 Legacy GY Limited, and I have a 1986 Monte Carlo SS at home that I drive sometimes. I have a non-driveable 1971 Monte Carlo project in the works under a tarp right now...and as for cars I have owned...
First Car - 1969 Chevy C10 3 on a tree pickup
1995 Geo Metro, 1987 Monte Carlo LS, 1994 S10 Blazer - all those in that order and sold.

Yea can you believe that of the one other impala ss around here its even same damn DCM color, wonder if its a 96 if not whatever i dont like column shifter.
But yea I see that one around every once and awhile I used to have 20" 150spoke rims but I like the stock SS wheels way better and keep the car lower how it was designed to handle.
By the way I got a big stereo just no sub setup, but heavier allaround stereo I bet that guy didnt do too much to his regular speakers.
And my main mod so far is 6.5" speakers in front cause anyone that knows my car knows stock it has that 4x6 GM crap up front!
That and the custom made cold air intake, that sounds nice when i get on the gas!
Ohh and I think I have him beat on the bling billet grill and side scripts hah

Its a POS, comes into CC all the time bitching about his stereo not working right.
Nice SS man, I'm a big fan of cult cars. I myself was never a Caprice person...I liked the older square one better.
First cars-
1986 Dodge 600 Convertible $200...never actually drove it on the road
1991 Chrysler Lebaron Convertible, V6 - got it for $1500...sold it two years later (+New engine and tranny) for $3500.
