as i said, i really don't have a need to have my hatch at the place. if bill wanted to, he could also park his car with mine is the garage...
jessica is actually looking at #10. she said the driveway was steep and the garage a bit small (just talking me away from it i think), but she begged i not proceed with it. fuck that, im contacting the seller and checking it out next weekend.
you guys wanna get together next weekend and take a look at some of these together?

i meant the garage where i store my hatch... it is big, secure, and only a few miles from arlington. if the cars aren't being driven much, no reason to put them in the elements, where thieves can get to them, and in the way... that is bj's call, though, i don't know how often he drives his pile :p

Yeah Mike, I don't mind parking the e30 wherever your civic goes (especially if it means getting that last place Gerald mentioned where parking was tightest). I hardly ever drive it, and after I fix the rear main seal, may or may not keep it. Dunno.
I'm game to check out places next weekend.

The lady had a bit to say, she'd be down to meet us on Saturday, we just need a time. I'm free all day.
Points about the house:
*1/3 of acre lot
*Separate studio building in the back (the small building in the back). Doesn't have heat or water though so no one can live there, good place for a workshop or something
*Hardwood floors
*3rd bedroom is small
*1 car garage
*Gas range, very large gourmet kitchen
Could be a good option but the small bedroom and small 1 car garage could be killers. Good proximity to metro though.

small bedroom is one of my primary factors for moving out... so yeah, that could be killer. a singe car garage is a bit weak too.
i'm usually awake and unhungover by noon on saturdays...

2414 kensington is the place i checked out. i think it is worth a look, but the location isn't all that great imo.

Ok, why don't we set our appointments for noon on Saturday. The realtor I spoke with said the pimptacular place (the one with the tennis/bball court) is empty so we can go see it at anytime. The white house still has tenants so we'd have to make an appointment but we might be able to see it on Saturday too (I'll ask).
