Got her all fixed up!!! The radiator repair cost $36. LOL! Installed a new fan, a PT GT oil cooler and a 180degree Therm.

I don't want to discourage ya, but the oil cooler you put on it just going to increase the workload of your radiator. The XR has that stock, and anyone that drives their car hard at all swaps it for an oil-air cooler.

Sad This is just the ride around. I will get an air-to-oil and install it next oil change. Where should it be hooked up in the oil system? Between the outlet and the turbo? After the turbo?

Most often they come with a fitting that "looks" like the piece you have, except oil comes out of and goes into the 1/2" barb fittings. This "sandwich" design sends the oil out one, through the cooler, and then back into the oil filter to continue it's otherwise regular flow path.
