i guess 15 y/o rust is a lot stronger than 12 y/o rust? cause my lug nuts come off pretty easily.

Here is what I got done:
Replaced wheel stud
Removed lug nuts and reinstall
Removed steering wheel and assembly
Tightened steering Wheel column bolts
Reinstalled steering wheel and assembly
Check CV joints(Both need to be replaced).
Very very reasonable at $136.53.
