Up for sale is a pristine, last year of the legendary and rare Integra Type R (ITR). Due to family demands, I'm switching to an automatic sedan.
I'm the 4th owner of the ITR. Driven @ 8k per year. The vehicle is exceptionally well maintained by a mature, spare-no-expense, adult owner. 2 modifications were done by the previous owner:
- DC Sports exhaust manifold (Header)
- DC Sports Cat-back exhaust
Recently, the ITR received Maryland safety and emission inspections. Additionally, a new set of Good Year GT all season performance tires and battery were installed.
The unicorn has never been raced, tracked or abused. She also comes with a clean title. Buyer will receive owner manuals, past history and 3 keys. Carfax report will be available for serious assessors. Price is FIRM, with minimal wiggle room.
Additional facts about the ITR: A/C ice cold, All scheduled maintenance, All records, Always garaged, Excellent condition, Mostly highway miles, New tires, No accidents, Non-smoker, Seats like new (use car-seat beads for the 2 front seats), Title in hand, Very clean interior, New car smell.

It's autotragic but a 5-spd swap can be done on the cheap in a few hours and I'm sure the torque boxes look mint.

I am actually looking for a 66-69 fastback in the next year or two. That is a bit pricey, and we are looking for something without "omg RARE PRICE PRICE PRICEEEEEEE". I know you only see mustangs so if you do happen to come across a fastback shell or rolling car or even fully built car let me know. Not in that high of a price range though.

To be honest, we really just want to build one. Her dad loves doing bodywork/interior work etc, and I love powertrain/drivetrain/suspension work. A barely running roller/driver would be nice.
