Soooo, can anyone weld?

Long story short, the flex pipe on my exhaust ripped and now I need my inspection, which I can't get until I fix that. On top of that does anyone know any shops that can get my car on a lift? I've taken it to 3 and they've all said my Subaru was too low :roll: :

Your car isn't even low.

If they have a drive on lift remove front bumper.

If they have the lift that swings under from the side tell them to use a floor jack to lift one side then slide the lift arm under. Repeat for the other side.

That's what I told them, but my exhaust is hanging "low". And I was rolling my eyes, because my car isn't even low. The last shop had a removed cylinder in the middle, so my car would've had to have been lifted to even make it over that, and another car was already on the scissor lift. All I want is a stupid inspection sticker.

Bring a couple of 2x4's to drive the car onto. Then the lift arms fit.

Well the last shop (Big L Tire) had some planks but still couldn't get my car over it. I'm going down to Richmond this weekend, and I still have my receipt for the shop I went to last year, so I'm probably just going there. Cool black dude in some back door shop.
