2005 Civic Hybrid - 5-Speed

Just wanted to let MM know in case anyone might be interested. We have a 05 Honda Civic Hybrid sedan. It is a 5-speed manual. I got about 40mpg with it in mixed driving over a tank. It's tan in color with a tan interior. 150k miles. $5995.

I can't believe that's all that thing is worth, I wish I had a reason to buy it. I guess everyone's scared of the batteries with that many miles on it?

Or the fact that people may be over the whole hybrid thing. My '94 Accord 5-speed gets 38-40mpg on the interstate w/o any batteries w/ 180k on it (last VA to NY trip averaged 39.7 mpg combined both ways last month at 70-75mph).

Your ad got silently black listed (ghosted)- when you post pictures in the body of the ad (edit.... or use pre-formatted HTML) it has a tendency to do that. The ad will show as active when you go to status, but it is not shown on the site.

:?: :?: Neither of those actions is against their posting policies, in fact they tell you how to do it in their help section. That's pretty whack that they'd filter someone out who does it.

I just hadn't seen a 5yr old hybrid for 5k before. And yes, *we* all know older is better :wink: , but most people like to have nice new(er) fancy things. I would have just thought that was a pretty good price even if it was a normal Civic.

That is simply *infuriating*.

Without knowing whats "wrong" with my ad, I can't post it anywhere! Clearly, my HTML, combined with, fuck, I don't know, some history of making awesome ads in the past means that my CL account can never again post ads with alot of inline HTML. Sad
