Bryce Harper...new Nats signee

In a league where they use wood bats for conference play this guy has amazing stats. almost a perfect slugging %, .450 batting average...one game in the NJCAA World Series he went 6 for 6, 4 being home runs..the day before went 6 for 7 and hit for the cycle...
I hope this guy gets to the majors soon and starts producing for the Nats, they could really use some more offense.

nats are doing what they've needed to be doing... get some names, spend some money, get people in the seats. pretty exciting.

Yeah I am excited to see them actually doing some team building. The bummer is they had to be last place so many times to get a chance at some of these guys. Hopefully they dont bail for greener pastures later on. They need some franchise names to stay competitive. The stands were always pretty full, but >50% were rooting for the other team in this area.

Well, it took 4-5 years after the marlins were started up to get to the world series, and with a very young roster. I'm hoping the nats can get there in the next few years.
