Yes it is a two day event. The scoring goes like this.

BRR-SCCA 2010 Solo Championship Events 5 + 6

2010 Blue Ridge Region SCCA Solo Championship points will be awarded on both Saturday and Sunday based on the results for each day.

COVENTRY COMMONWEALTH GAMES OF VIRGINIA medals will be awarded on Sunday based on the combined results of both days.

There are options to sign up for either or both days. This event usually draws autocrossers from VA Beach, Richmond, and North Carolina. The layout of the airport lets us design big, fast courses. We also try to plan a group dinner or some other activity on Saturday night. This event really is a lot of fun.

i'd offer to do a BBQ or something since i'll be fairly close (raleigh/durham) but it's not really on the way back for you guys.
