I know this is pretty last minute but I have just been informed that one of my roommates is not coming back to JMU in the fall. If anyone is looking (or knows someone who is looking) for a place next year we will have one room available.

Pheasant Run Townhomes - 4 bedroom/2.5baths.
Rent is $340/month plus your share of utilities (usually about $400 total)
3 male roommates (myself, DavidL, and a third)
Pheasant Run is the place to be next year. We'll have at least 4 houses with MMers in them so if you're interested post up here of shoot me a PM and we can work something out.
