Saturday, September 27th Shenandoah Speedway - UPDATE

On Saturday, September 27th we are going to spectate at Shenandoah Speedway. Gates open at 5pm, racing starts at 7pm.
-We are meeting at Rockingham lot at 5:15pm Saturday evening, with intentions to leave by 5:30pm
-$15 admission fee...don't forget to bring extra for food or drinks

I sent out an email urging everyone that wants to come to meet at the Rockingham lot, and we'll make a decision from there whether or not to go. Chance of rain is hovering around 70% this evening last I checked, so we'll just have to see what happens....

According to the Shenandoah Speedway homepage, racing has been CANCELLED for this Saturday, Sep. 27th. Looks like we'll have to do this another time, the next race is Sat. October 4th for anyone interested. Stay tuned...

I didn't mind them until their failed drivers brought their illegal cars to Winchester to race and started wiping us up in the U-car class.

ANYWAY... you all should consider making the trip to a dirt track at some point, the competitiveness of Dirt Late Models is insane.

For those of you interested in making the trip to this track, it is the same time this coming Saturday. I won't be able to attend, but if a group of you would like to make the trip yourselves, use this space to organize it! If not, we'll def. make an effort to do this as a club when the schedule and weather agrees.
