Where can I buy some? Ideally Castrol Waterless hand cleaner but any substitute that's readily available in stores would be awesome.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth

I want waterless. Washing my greasy hands in the sink inevitably gets me in trouble with the wife.

I told you where to get it. Do you want me to pick some up for you?

I use gojo wipes they work great, expensive though. Finally got a wash basin at the new house, I can even wash car parts in it!

That's true but the majority of the grime just wipes off so it doesn't look like you poured a quart of oil in your bathroom sink when you rinse your hands.
