49 in a 25, right where neff crosses over port, its goes from 35 to 25 at the intersection, not that it really mattered at that point, but the cop didnt give me wreckless, just a speeding ticket, he was a genuinely nice guy, said that if i were to show up at court that he would speak to the judge for me to get some mph knocked off since i prolly wont be able to do the online course BS to avoid the charge all together.... my only concern is with the new laws that were passed by that prick albo this past summer... anyone familiar enough with em to tell me how much shit im in?
1mz baby.

Wreckless driving is not only legal, it's encouraged. I'd be totally surprised if you got a ticket for wreckless driving.

:?: Wreckless != reckless
But yeah if you don't get a reckless you won't have to pay the exorbitant fines I believe.

There's still additional fines if you have a bunch of points on the license - but you can always take the driver training thing online and get +5 points.

The fines are much better than the repercussions of having a reckless on your records. Somehow, my insurance company never seemed to get wind of mine :twisted:

I don't know about you guys, but state farm said they never run my record unless i report a claim of a wreck. I never saw any jumps from my tickets (+24 and +7)

i believe it. i want to call them to tell them my commute has dropped to 20 miles week, but i don't want to risk them running my record.
although, i suppose they'd do just as much legwork as they did for that when they added my motorcycle?

Well I'm down to like $98/mo with full coverage on the Lexus, vs. $315/mo with full coverage on the Lexus / STi with Progressive. I think I fenagled it down to $125/mo on the IS before this last decrease. I think some tickets may have come off of my record this month as well, which help... only 1 to go baby!!
