Any good reading on developing skills for the track?

So I don't have to learn the hard way.... I hope to do a track event ASAP, but as far as learning to lean, how the hell I'm supposed to rev-match while down-shifting and braking, how to prep and take care of a bike for a track event, maybe how to, or how not to fall, are there any good books you guys recommend? Or even better, something on the internets I can read right now instead of working?

As for Twist of the Wrist, both are great but for new riders the 2nd book is probably the best pickup.

I read through most of the first one at Barnes & Noble, wasn't too horribly impressed but it was ok, I'll go take a look at the 2nd
