The Miata gets 24-26 mpg around town and 27-29 mpg on the highway.
well my E30's fuel gauge always reads full and the odometer is stuck, so I have no idea

the STi gets about 16 around town, 20 on the highway if i'm lucky.
the miata gets about 24-27 through mixed use, about 12 mpg on track

I average 65mpg on the DRZ pretty much all the time.. I guess that doesn't count, though. I just feel like being snooty about my motorbikes tonight.

SE-R used to get 28-30
My current 240 gets 29-30
Linds' escort gets 37-40 consistently, as low as 36 with the AC blowing (yeah, those aren't typos).
The STi just got ~ 9 mpg at VIR Full... 
My supra ranges from the 21-27mpg range depending on how I drive it.
