94' Ford Taurus SHO

1994 Ford Taurus SHO - ~147k miles, 5-speed, green.

Since I bought it, I have installed/replaced/repaired:

-11.6" front brake conversion
-4 Yokahoma All-seasons - 4k miles old
-Aluminum subframe bushings
-6 new spark plugs (copper)
-new pads and rotors all around (Performance Friction)
-2 new rear brake calipers
-new front struts/springs
-new rear brake hard lines (metal lines from master cyl)
-new rear swaybar endlinks
-new 6.5" subwoofer in stock box
-flushed all fluids (transmission, brake, engine coolant)
-Front motor mount
-New 180 degree thermostat / radiator cap

Car runs great, doesn't burn oil, clutch grabs fine.

Issues are small:

-broken passenger side mirror (will replace for $50)
-1400rpm idle / O2s throwing lean code on long highway drives (its a vacuum leak somewhere but isn't bothersome - plugs look fine and car's performance isn't affected).
-Rock chips / one rust spot on rear fender / some minor paintwork - its a 94' Taurus, what do you expect??
-Sunroof switch is broken - common issue.

Other than that its a-o-k, runs and drives like a car should. Looking for:

$2100 as is.

$1600 excluding new front struts, front brake upgrade and subwoofer. Car will come with 10.6" rotors up front with 90% Hawk HPS pads.

$1350 excluding above and new tires (will come with bald winter tires on 16" slicer rims, not black.)

-A trade (open to any and all suggestions so long as it's a 5-speed.)

You only wish it was as sweet as Robocop is. As a side note, Robocop's car is not an SHO. Tim Allen's car in the original Santa Clause movie is though, and so is the Taurus that is destroyed in the latest Terminator movie.

1994 Ford Taurus SHO, ~144k miles, 5-speed, green. Runs and drives great, new tires / swaybar end links / stereo / battery. Clutch and transmission are great - no slipping, no grinding. Some small issues typical of a 13y/o car, but nothing that affects the way the car runs and drives. Interior is in great condition. Passed MD state inspection 5/07 of this year. Just got a better job and can afford a newer car - I am going to miss this one though.

Btw, LOL at all you fools. Drive Miatas till your hearts content. This car would have been the perfect GRM $2007 car - it only failed inspection for tires. Runs great after the subframe repair ($120). Simply a great car - I would love to put it on track *stock* against a race prepped Miata. Who knows, I just might prove this point

EDIT: I also have a 1g standing offer to Brian for this car, so its not gonna sell cheaper.
