KRJR out of MotoGP until Laguna

He's being replaced by Kurtis as the only rider until then as Team KR will only be fielding one rider.

Does it look better or worse if your only rider finishes at the back of the grid instead of both of them?
When it comes to Ryan Jenkins, the story ends with me putting him in the wall.

haha true.

I'm inclined to believe KRJR doesn't want to bother since the bike is so uncompetitive. Look at how he handled riding for Suzuki those last ~2 years. It was like all he ever did was just try to make sure he finished higher than Hopper in the points, he rarely looked alive or like he was trying to win anything. Lucky for him Hopper was prone to crashing out. Then when Team KR had a competitive bike last year he suddenly discovered some new life and got his act together and now it's back to the way things were. KRSR probably wants to get ole Kurt up to par as JR ages towards retirement.
