going to a lot of wedding lately...it's like you're married :roll:
(prior to getting married I'd been to about 3, including my own, now, I goto about 3 a month it seems)

heh..it must be a good year for getting married - I KNOW of 5 people getting married, in 2 of the weddings, and going to one of the others.

It's a function of age. I went through a period where it was wedding after wedding after wedding. Now that all my college buddies are 30+ or approaching it everyone who was likely to settle down has... and I haven't been to a wedding in like 2-3 years.

As far as the BBQ, we were planning a canoe trip that weekend but I suspect some people will want to change that now.

I dont think I'll have a bike at this event - is that going to make me look like a loser? If so I can borrow my mom's probably - will that make me look like more of a loser? Also - we should make the ride beforehand, so we can booze.

Based on your posts in this forum, I don't think theres anything you could do to seem like more of a loser. That being said, bring whatever bike you can get your hands on, if you like. If not, no worries. The main event is definitely the party.

And yes, we ride beforehand.
