In light of the fact that I can't go Laguna, I'm definitely going to ride down to the AMA races at VIR this year.
Anyone else interested?

for once! the wife and all the kids will be out of the country! Woo-hoo, I'm so riding down with ya'll.
PS - I some medium size saddle bags on the viffer that should hold a decent amount of beer, especially in cans.
I know RJ was planning on camping out, but I checked the M1 site, and it looks like it's $50 per vehicle for camping passes... ouch.
I'd rather split hotel rooms than get fleeced at $50 each (1 bike = 1 vehicle) to camp.

Looks like we can get the Hampton Inn at $80 a night. Who's down for that?

Can we get one of those suite rooms, with the fold out couch? We could all pile into one of those. If Hampton Inn doesnt have those, Best Western and Sreep Inn do.

A suite? Could we treat ourselves with High Life, too?
When it comes to Ryan Jenkins, the story ends with me putting him in the wall.

Only if its a 40oz.
Getting a suite is just a way to be cheap bastards and pack 8 people in a room.

Is the traffic situation at the track conducive to taking bikes?

If it doesn't blow up by then... and I'm totally not doing 4 highway hours on a supermoto.
Just out of curiosity. I'm not sure why we'd want to take a car down, but I'm wondering if practicality rules it out.

I don't know if I want to sleep in the same room as RJ again. IIRC, he snores, and farts...

It used to be so bad you couldn't stand in the same room when he was awake!

so, huh, did RJ call the hotels/motels/no-tells?
RJ did not call any hotels..... but I did check online, and that weekend was blocked out for all of the big hotels in danville. Not sure what the deal with that is. I havent checked for rooms south boston or roxboro either.
