Anyone up for some Mountain Biking on Wednesday?

I'd like to hit up Mud Pond tomorrow (Wednesday) if the weather holds. Should leave Harrisonburg around 5:00, it's a 15 minute drive, 1 hour loop.

I would love to do it. I have my mountain bike here. Its a bad ass bike ( well it was 5 years ago) but id be scared to ride that thing for over a mile without dying.. im sooo damn out of shape. I need to get on that thing again.
