i didn't take any pictures of the car show but i'm just sharing my thoughts on the cars.
Cars i were impressed with at the show (in order): Chevy C6 Z06 - great seating, good visibility, incredible appearance, quality interior - good price (IMO) BMW 335i - I-6 with TWO turbos, great interior build, good seating, good visibility, AWD BMW Z4 Coupe 3.0i - excellent seating, great looks, good storage for a 2-seater, only downside is the price....$41k (high IMO) Honda Civic Si Sedan - great interior, but with a really 'long' dashboard, good power, great price, good rear seating VW Gti - possibly one of my favorite seats in the show with the exception of the z06, good rear seating space for a 2-door, upper models are a little high-priced though MB C230 - good seats, good seating position, manual tranny, looks good Acura TL-S - good interior, great power, great interior quality, great looks...but at a VERY high price (IMO)...$41k and is still only FWD Audi R8 - just a badass car from audi..that's all Cars i were dissapointed with: Lexus IS 250/350 - small interior size and rear leg room while i'm sitting in the driver's seat. i put the seat as far back as it went and i didn't feel like i had enough room. Hyundai Tiburon - lack of solid feel when compared to the older model, seats were not as supportive as most cars in its class Chevy Cobalt SS - good looks (imo), good power, but the interior is lacking. the seats were not up to par at all - felt more like a bench than a bucket Saturn Sky - great looks, but again...lack of good seating and support Used cars i'm now/still considering: 02/03 Subaru WRX - sat in the '07 and i liked how it felt along with the seating, the features of the car, and i like the probable price range for these years 02/03 BMW 330i/Ci/Xi - i like the idea of having the e46 chassis without having the first production year ('01) and not having the high price range of the 04/05's I didn't get to see every car that i wanted to, but alot of the cars i just thought were 'ok' in my mind. The only car i wanted to sit in and didn't get a chance to was the Pontiac Solstice (too many people in line). Obviously some of the more important factors for me were seating position and seats and that's what i mainly tried to get a feel for when i sat in the cars.

REED Wrote:what is the picture of that huge brake from (the one wiht the yellow caliper) It is from a Volvo 'racing' style hatch back. I am almost positive that is was just for display, hint the writing on the rotor and the thing had the exhaust pipes coming out over the rear wheels, interesting to say the least Ryan

On a side note, has anyone driven a new GTI with the DSG? How is it?

Nice pics, looks like fun. Did they have the Lexus LF-A or the Toyota FT-HS concepts there? I'm watching those the most

How is it? not very helpful i know but dealers always seem to have a DSG equipped car on hand. if you stopped by a dealer i'm sure they'd let you test drive one. apparently they're good enough to convert alot of hard core manual people, so i'd say you'd probably enjoy yourself
