[Maengelito]

my friend remey is one of the funniest guys i know and he always makes these sorta weird al-ish songs. he started playing with videos up on youtube which i think are really hilarious. check it out:

The milk one is alright, but the macaca blues one is pretty funny.

[Nis01]

Gave me a good laugh. :thumbup:

[Maengelito]

so i doubt that most of you have kept an eye on my friend's website, goremy.com but he's been putting up some videos. his mcdonalds rap ( <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5H7IYPw40Q">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5H7IYPw40Q</a><!-- m --> ) was featured in a fox news blog:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.foxnews.com/pointclickandgo/index.html#">http://www.foxnews.com/pointclickandgo/index.html#</a><!-- m --> (if it doesnt work, click the tiny pocket people story)

he then submitted a question on youtube for the presidential democratic primary debate:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LH6SuSTvX4">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LH6SuSTvX4</a><!-- m -->

computerworld thought it was the funniest video submission for the youtube debate:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.computerworld.com/action/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic&articleId=9026600">http://www.computerworld.com/action/art ... Id=9026600</a><!-- m -->

and it was a favorite of the cnn reporters as well:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAeQYT8BP7Q">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAeQYT8BP7Q</a><!-- m -->

youtube flew remey down to charleston for the debate and his question was one of the featured videos at the debate:

then he was asked to stay and talk with anderson cooper:

i know he's just some random schmo to you guys, but i'm pretty proud of him so i apologize for the fanboi gushing

[Hunter]

That's awesome! He got a lot of coverage on CNN he's pretty much famous.

[Mike]

haha that is way cool. except for the part where he says he can't afford to send himself to college and on the right it says he's from mclean

[Evan]

thats awesome! he will be at VIR right? Ill have to congratulate him.

do you have a utoob clip of the anderson coop segment?

[HAULN-SS]

Has he mentioned any "fame" moments since the videos have started airing?

[Maengelito]

he came to VIR last year to do the enduro karting with me. he's not gonna be there this weekend though. well technically he cant afford to send himself to college even though he already went but i suppose that doesnt mean his parents cant afford it. i'm sure the youtube clip will be put up by him sometime when he gets back from charleston.

I know its been awhile but he's made a lot of outstanding videos. Seeing as how most of you guys are from or currently live in nova, I think you'll like his latest:

Arlington: The Rap

if you've got some time, check out some of his other videos in his youtube channel.

I don't know if this is an endorsement, but my mom thinks Remy is hilarious.

[PDenbigh]

That is fan-tastic. Good for him again, that's a neat talent!
